I am a certified personal trainer, certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), a certified weight management specialist (ACE), a certified fascial fitness instructor (Fascia Training Academy), and a corrective exercise specialist (BioMechanics method). Prior to the pandemic I was working as a lead trainer at New York Sports Club, New York City. I approach my work from a health coaching perspective, my first intention being that of helping my clients discern the vision and the reason that's going to get them moving!

I graduated with a B.A. in Psychology from Ottawa University in Ottawa, Kansas (yes, Kansas), where I attended on a basketball scholarship in my not-so-much younger years. A couple of years ago I began a journey training, and competing very sparingly, in Muay Thai. Between all of the jumping, dribbling, punching and kicking over the years, programming for athletes has become another  specialty of mine!

I am also an actor and a writer, currently enrolled in the MFA Creative Writing program at UC-Riverside.
